We are looking for the following skills/experience:
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written forms; excellent follow through
- Ability to successfully prioritize and complete multiple tasks within project deadlines is essential
- Ability to pre-plan and coordinate several projects in regard to material contracts, manpower, equipment, safety and subcontractors
- Thorough understanding of schedules, project budgets, submittals, change orders, and job costing
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Sr. Project Manager positions available depending on experience.
