Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients daily, including cutting and portioning fruits, brewing teas, cooking toppings, and stocking supplies.
- Make a variety of drinks according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service while taking orders and answering menu questions.
- Operate the Chowbus POS system for order entry, payment processing, and order management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including workstations, equipment, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Restock ingredients, cups, lids, and other supplies throughout shifts.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous food service, beverage, café, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is a plus.

- 为顾客提供热情、专业的服务，协助点单并解答菜单相关问题。
- 熟练使用 Chowbus 收银点餐系统（POS）进行点单、收款及订单管理。
- 保持门店环境整洁，包括工作区域、设备、前厅及洗手间等。
- 及时补充原材料、杯具、包装用品及其他营运物资。
- 在高峰时段高效完成工作，确保订单准确无误。
- 严格遵守食品安全、卫生规范及门店操作流程。
- 与团队成员积极配合，确保门店日常运营顺畅。
任职要求
- 有餐饮、茶饮店、咖啡店或客户服务经验者优先，无经验者可培训。
- 具备良好的沟通能力及服务意识。
- 能适应快节奏工作环境，具备多任务处理能力。
- 工作态度积极，责任心强，愿意学习新技能。
- 能长时间站立工作，并可搬运约30磅（14公斤）以内物品。
- 能配合轮班安排，包括周末、节假日及晚班者优先。
