## Job Title: Laundromat Attendant (Part-Time)

### What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
As a Laundromat Attendant, you are the face of our business. Because our attendants often run the floor independently, you will be trusted to manage the daily operations of the laundromat during your shift without direct supervision.
* **Customer Service & Floor Management:** Greet customers, answer questions about machine operations, and resolve customer inquiries calmly and professionally.
* **Wash-and-Fold Service:** Sort, wash, dry, and neatly fold drop-off laundry orders according to customer preferences.
* **Keep it Clean:** Regularly sweep, mop, wipe down machines, clean lint traps, and empty trash bins to ensure a sparkling-clean environment.
* **Daily Logs & Sales:** Accurately track shift sales, handle cash/card transactions, and maintain daily shift logs.
* **Facility Security:** Dependably handle opening and/or closing procedures to ensure the building is secure.

* **Autonomous & Self-Motivated:** Comfortable working alone on the floor and managing your time effectively without direct supervision.
* **High Integrity:** Highly trustworthy with cash handling, building security, and maintaining high standards when working independently.
* **Proactive Problem Solver:** Ability to think on your feet and handle day-to-day situations confidently.
* **Detail-Oriented:** You take pride in a job well done, whether it’s a perfectly folded stack of shirts or a spotless countertop.
* **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30–40 lbs (laundry bags/bundles), and perform repetitive folding tasks.
* **Flexibility:** Willingness to work a mix of shifts, which may include evenings and weekends.
