Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet & Flooring Sales Consultant to manage the full sales cycle — from initial client consultation and design through ordering, logistics coordination, and final installation. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Chinese, has hands-on experience with design software, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their design needs and preferences for cabinets and flooring
- Create professional design plans using 2020 Design or Pro Kitchen software
- Schedule and coordinate on-site measurements
- Contact manufacturers and vendors to obtain pricing and product availability
- Place and confirm orders directly with manufacturers; follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
- Process customer orders and collect order payments/deposits
- Coordinate with warehouse manager to receive, inspect, and pick up goods from manufacturers
- Arrange and schedule deliveries to customer sites
- Maintain accurate records of orders, costs, and client communications
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cabinet/flooring sales, interior design, or a related field
- Proficiency in 2020 Design or Pro Kitchen design software
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- OPT/CPT candidates welcome; H-1B sponsorship and green card support available for qualified candidates
Compensation
- Base pay: $20.00/hour
- Commission: 12% of net profit per order (net profit = order revenue minus all associated costs including materials, delivery, contractor, and other order-related expenses)
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
