Total Function currently operates 2 locations and 1 satellite clinic in the Colorado Springs area. Our PT’s are one-on-one with the patients. This allows for the therapist to focus on patient care and building relationships. We understand that to be an outstanding company; we must aim for continual personal growth and education.
We are looking for an outpatient Physical Therapist who would like to join an amazing team in a private practice setting. We want someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit as it relates to the profession, continues to improve their clinical skills, and understands the importance of a team approach to working with our clients. This candidate should have experience in orthopedics and sports medicine, apply evidence-based findings and be comfortable with using manual skills.
Office Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 6:10 pm

Responsibilities:
· Perform New Patient and existing patients’ evaluations and exams.
· Bring patients through their full Plan of Care and then YOU discharge them.
· Have your documentation done correctly, completely and in a timely manner.
· Share your knowledge with the group and be willing to learn PT related, admin and marketing related material.
Qualifications:
· Graduated an accredited PT program.
· Have a current and active Colorado license.
· Highly motivated to share your knowledge with your patients and get them to their highest level of function possible.
· Strong, disciplined work ethic
