Job Summary
Transnational Software Services Inc. is seeking a Java/Python Developer to build modern, cloud-native, scalable applications and digital platforms. The role focuses on backend engineering, APIs, event-driven systems, cloud services, automation, and AI-enabled application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop modern applications using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and FastAPI.
- Design and build REST APIs, backend services, and modular/ microservices-based applications.
- Build event-driven and asynchronous workflows using Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
- Develop applications using PostgreSQL, Redis, and modern data-access frameworks.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and AWS cloud services.
- Implement automated CI/CD, testing, observability, and deployment practices.
- Integrate third-party platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, and RBAC.
- Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, RAG, AI agents, and MCP-based services where applicable.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
- Collaborate with architecture, product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and AI engineering teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong Java and/or Python application development experience.
- Understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaborative development skills.
