Manager of Auntie Anne’s store in Mobile, AL. Candidates must be able to oversee all aspects of the business including: growing sales, managing costs, managing employees, ensuring top quality standards are upheld. Candidates should be hard-working and POSITIVE people with tremendous customer service skills. Previous management experience in food service/restaurant is required. Candidates must have a high school diploma.
Auntie Anne's is a business where the manager also helps with the work as we typically have 1-3 employees working at one time. So the manager also has to be able to help with the basic work and tasks of the store. Manager will be making pretzels, serving customers and ensuring the store is meeting all standards.
