Job Description: Production Accounting Support
Location: Dallas, Texas

Summary: IntraPack designs and manufactures data center infrastructure products, such as, energy storage systems, along with other ancillary products used in Hyperscale Data Centers. We’re currently searching for an ambitious person to handle inventory cost accounting transactions.
Responsibilities
Primary:
· Collaborate across all departments, to include purchasing, production, shipping and engineering
· Collaborate with AP, AR and other internal teams and departments in support of daily accounting operations. Assist in maintaining accurate records associated with accounting and finance
· Understand the forming of Bills of Materials as related to finished goods
· Process inventory transactions in computer software as reported from manufacturing work orders and reconciling discrepancies, which requires communicating directly with manufacturing personnel
· Process transactions of raw materials into component parts, sub-assemblies and finished goods
· Familiar with, or can become familiar with, software relating to manufacturing process, i.e. Inventory, Purchase Orders and Sales Orders
· Other duties as assigned
