We invite you to soar to new heights as a Prep/Cook for Latrelle's Management at Hobby Airport! There are several cook positions available for our Velvet Taco, The Rustic, and LaTrelle's Tex Mex! You'll working at this high volume, highly anticipated location. A friendly, customer-oriented attitude coupled with an eye for excellence will be your ticket to success as your career with LaTrelle’s takes flight.
As a Cook, you will:
- Follow food safety procedures, ensuring all food and safety procedures are executed in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare high quality food items to order with Speed
- Follow recipes while ensuring outstanding presentation
- Complete assigned prep list, adhere to portions
- Efficiently run your food station
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishments, and preparation methods
- Follow proper rotation (FIFO)
- Ensure the continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness standards restaurant-wide, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Other functions as assigned by management
The Cook/Prep Role Requires:
- 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience
- Flexible work availability
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Food Handlers Certification
- Results driven and team oriented.
- Ability to carry 25 pounds
Airport Badging Requires:
- Ability to provide legal identification to work in the United States
- Able to pass an FAA required 10-year criminal background check.
- Ability to obtain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment.
