Overview: The Community Engagement Representative is a relationship driven, sales and marketing role. The Community Engagement Representative will generate consumer referrals by building strong partnerships with pediatricians, schools, daycares, developmental specialists, healthcare clinics, and other behavioral health and autism related referral sources, in order to expand access to care for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Community Engagement Representative will also develop, manage, and post all social media content and participate in community education events.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
1. Graduate of an accredited college or University in marketing, psychology, or related field preferred
2. Proven work experience in marketing, healthcare sales, or autism related field
3. Hands on experience with social media and marketing technology
4. Knowledge of all social media and community outreach resources
5. Experience in relationship driven community relations
6. Exceptional communication skills
7. Ability to comfortable cold call, network, and build trust with doctors and educators
8. Familiarity with ABA Therapy, pediatric healthcare, or behavioral health is highly preferred
9. Field based role requiring a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
10. Self Motivated, organized, and comfortable managing field based role.
11. Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
12. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, team environment
13. Excellent time management and high productivity
14. Leadership ability
15. Strong, polished communication skills – written and verbal
Responsibilities / Essential Functions: The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
1. Develop and maintain partnerships with physicians, psychologists, behavioral health professionals, schools, daycares, and other related medical/field professionals.
2. Track and log marketing activity, referrals and leads.
3. Collaborate with clinical leadership and administrative staff to ensure referral to admission is completed timely.
4. Conduct in person meetings, presentations, and attend community events.
5. Educate referral sources on ABA therapy and our delivery of care.
6. Represent Enspirit at community events, conferences, and networking events.
7. Maintain a professional, positive attitude.
8. Create Marketing materials related to our services.
9. Develop and post social media marketing on company social media sites.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Perform general office duties to support Enspirit Healthcare daily operations.
· Suggest improvements and changes to processes and policies to improve productivity or customer satisfaction.
· Maintain industry knowledge to keep skills current and to develop professionally.
· Comply with Enspirit Healthcare’s vision, mission, and values.
· May be required to be available afterhours which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $47,857.95 - $57,635.38 per year
