Dough Co. is looking for a part time Production Employee.
Performs all tasks related to the preparation and frying of doughnuts. Position will require mixing both dough and batter. Frying, glazing, and, most importantly, taste testing delicious, high quality doughnuts.
Experience in kitchens will certainly be helpful to your training; however, we do not require any experience at all. The only requirement is an eagerness and ability to learn new skills and grow with this young company. Job entails lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent bending and turning while being on feet throughout the shift. Candidate must also have the ability to function in a fast paced environment.
Quality has always been integral to operations at Dough Co., and as such we will require devoted attention to detail. We are looking for dependable, self-motivated members to join our close-knit team at Dough Co.
Pay: From $13.00 per hour

- Our Production Team generally works between approximately 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Are you regularly available during these hours?
- This position involves standing for most of the shift, repetitive hand movements, bending, reaching, working around commercial fryers and kitchen equipment, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Can you perform these essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation?
- Are you comfortable following standardized recipes, measuring ingredients carefully, completing production lists, and following food-safety and cleaning procedures?
- Production begins on a set schedule, and other employees depend on each team member arriving on time. Can you reliably report to the Dough Co. production facility for your scheduled shifts?
