Triple Crown Glass & Mirror is seeking an experienced Lead Glass Installer to join our growing team in Belton, TX. We are looking for someone who can lead installations, train helpers, communicate professionally with customers, and consistently produce high-quality work.
Our work includes frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, insulated glass replacement, residential window glass, storefront systems, and commercial glazing.

Responsibilities
- Install frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures
- Install mirrors and specialty glass
- Replace insulated glass units (IGUs)
- Install commercial storefront systems and doors
- Read and interpret measurements and shop drawings
- Load and unload glass safely
- Lead installation crews and train apprentices
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment
- Ensure every installation meets company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers on job sites
Qualifications Required
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs with assistance
- Experience using power tools and glass installation equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Preferred
- Frameless shower experience
- Commercial storefront experience
- Door hardware installation experience
- Heavy glass experience
- Leadership or crew lead experience

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
