Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to customers
- Manage and train staff members, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals
Skills:
- Strong kitchen management skills, including food preparation, cooking, and safety protocols
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee drinks
- Experience in restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Culinary background or experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team
