Lucarelli Hospitality is seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead our team and uphold the highest standards of service, operations, and hospitality. This individual will oversee daily restaurant operations, drive financial performance, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Oversee all P&L performance, budgets, and cost controls.
- Analyze financial data and develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with accounting on payroll, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
Ordering & Inventory
- Manage food, beverage, and supply orders while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent quality and cost efficiency.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead all aspects of hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and staff development.
- Foster a respectful, motivating workplace and uphold compliance with labor and HR standards.
- Coach and mentor staff to achieve consistent operational and service excellence.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations.
- Maintain systems such as POS, reservations, and checklists to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Sales & Marketing
- Collaborate with ownership to implement marketing initiatives and local partnerships.
- Drive seasonal promotions, digital campaigns, and guest engagement strategies to increase revenue.
Leadership & Strategy
- Participate in long-term planning and brand growth with ownership and senior leadership.
- Lead management meetings and promote communication between FOH and BOH teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends and apply best practices to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Proven success in leading teams, driving profitability, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Criminal history need not disqualify applicants.
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Kennebunkport, ME prior to start date.
Compensation
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
- Full-time; 10-hour shifts
