Botan Sushi is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented server to join our team! As a Server, you will provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests by offering outstanding customer service. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering great service and delicious food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly attitude
- Present menus and assist guests in choosing items, offering suggestions and answering questions about ingredients and preparation methods.
- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Explain sushi menu items and promote daily specials.
- Manage reservations and take out orders via phone, online platforms, and walk-in
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Process payments, including cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and with care.
Requirements:
- 1 year of server experience, preferably in a Asian restaurant.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
