Location: Home Visits Throughout Fairfield County, CT (Norwalk, Fairfield, Westport, Wilton, New Canaan, Darien, Stamford & Greenwich)

Position Summary:
We're seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individualized, home-based speech therapy services to pediatric patients throughout Fairfield County, CT. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys family-centered care, flexible scheduling, and helping children achieve their communication goals in a home environment.
Schedule:
- Part-Time (Up to 20 Hours/Week)
- Flexible Schedule - Choose Your Own Hours
- Home visits scheduled based on therapist availability
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy in patients' homes
- Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support therapy goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Deliver high-quality, family-centered care
- Communicate effectively with families regarding patient progress
Qualifications:
Required:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Reliable transportation for home visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Minimum 5 years of pediatric experience
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates will also be considered
- Experience providing home-based pediatric therapy
