Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Mechanic to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery within our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of all mechanical systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong background in industrial maintenance and electrical diagnostics, with a passion for problem-solving and technical excellence.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment using precision measuring instruments and schematics.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Read electrical blueprints and schematics to diagnose faults accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct welding (including welding) and mechanical repairs on various machinery components.
- Support field service operations by troubleshooting pneumatic systems, HVAC/R systems, and other industrial equipment in diverse settings.
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to industry regulations related to electrical experience, high voltage handling, and industrial mechanic practices.
- Assist in technical sales activities by providing expert advice on equipment repairs or upgrades when needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, electrical blueprint interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding (including welding), HVAC/R systems, and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read engineering schematics and perform complex troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent customer service skills when collaborating with internal teams or external field service operations.
- Proficiency in English communication skills for clear documentation and team coordination.

Pay: $25.16 - $30.30 per hour
