The Spa Receptionist is key to creating a warm, seamless, and relaxing experience for every guest. As the first point of contact, your professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail set the tone for the entire wellness journey. By managing reservations, assisting guests, and supporting daily operations, you help build a spa environment known for comfort, care, and exceptional service.
HOW YOU?LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through their spa experience.
- Manage reservations, schedules, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and ease.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing helpful information.
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Recommend spa treatments and retail products based on guest needs.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and retail area.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with inventory and notify management of low stock.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure a calm, respectful atmosphere.
- Other duties as assigned.

- CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required.
