Sokolof Remtulla, LLP is a national real estate and creditor's rights law firm with offices in Florida (Orlando, West Palm Beach), California (Irvine), Louisiana (New Orleans), and Georgia (Norcross). JOB SPECIFICS:
Paralegal / Legal Assistant with prior legal experience in either foreclosure or bankruptcy.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience working at a law firm or handling legal-based issues.
- Prior experience in real estate, creditor’s rights, title or bankruptcy.
- Experience drafting proof of claims and transfer of claims preferred.
- Experience with plan reviews and drafting MFR's is also preferred.
- Ability to think and act independently.
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in Perfect Practice, Case Aware, LoanSphere (LPS), Tempo, Serengeti or similar case management systems is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $62,400.00 - $76,560.00 per year
