The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our B2B customer base. This role focuses on building customer relationships, developing new business, and providing solutions through technical product knowledge.
We welcome both experienced sales professionals and motivated entry-level candidates. IPA provides comprehensive training on our products, customers, and sales approach.
Compensation is based on experience and includes a base salary plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Prospect, qualify, and close sales through outbound calling and account development
- Provide product expertise and solutions to customers
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through follow-up and closing
- Represent IPA at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Achieve sales goals while delivering excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Technical/mechanical aptitude required; automotive, fleet, or industrial experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Motivated, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable speaking with customers and developing new business
- Sales experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person
- Willingness to travel as needed
