Pay: $18/hr Starting + Performance Pay
All new employees start at $18/hour guaranteed.
We use a Pay-for-Performance (P4P) system that gives employees the opportunity to earn significantly more based on their crew's productivity and performance while maintaining our quality standards.
Strong performers can earn $25–$35+/hour through P4P.
If you're someone who works hard, learns quickly, and is tired of making the same amount as someone who doesn't put in the same effort, our pay system is designed to reward you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lawn mowing, weed whacking, edging, and blowing
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Mulching and bed edging
- Weeding and general property cleanups
- Hedge and shrub trimming
- Brush and overgrowth removal
- Planting and other landscaping projects
- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
- Properly using and caring for landscaping equipment
- Working with your crew to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and consistently on time
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors
- Able to maintain a good work pace throughout the day
- Takes pride in doing clean, professional work
- Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Willing to learn and improve
- Respectful toward customers, coworkers, equipment, and customers' properties
- Landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license is a strong plus

Schedule
This is a full-time, seasonal outdoor position. Hours may vary depending on workload, weather, and the time of year.
