Location: Portland, OR
Pay Range: $35.00-$45.00/hour, depending on experience

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering a professional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment

Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

Clearly explain system concerns and repair options to homeowners

Identify appropriate repair, improvement, and replacement opportunities

Complete service tickets, invoices, and job documentation accurately

Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding scheduling and job progress

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area

Follow company safety, service, and quality standards
What You Bring

Previous residential HVAC service experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of common residential heating and cooling systems

Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls

Professional communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Universal EPA Certification

NATE Certification or willingness to obtain
