Position Overview
We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our team and develop into a leadership role supporting nonprofit outreach campaigns, event operations, and team performance. This entry-level leadership development position is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience in sales, fundraising strategy, and team management while representing impactful causes. Comprehensive paid training and mentorship are provided.
In this role, you will learn to lead outreach initiatives, oversee event teams, and support campaign growth while representing mission-driven organizations at community events and public engagement sites.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute in-person fundraising and community outreach campaigns to engage new supporters for nonprofit partners
- Represent nonprofit organizations with professionalism, passion, and strong communication skills
- Educate community members on each nonprofit’s mission, programs, and the impact of donations
- Build meaningful relationships with donors and create a positive supporter experience
- Track daily donor interactions, fundraising progress, and campaign performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed fundraising goals
- Participate in ongoing training focused on fundraising strategy, leadership, and community engagement
