The primary focus of this role is to maintain safe, reliable, and operational equipment to support company operations.
General Service Technician responsibilities include:
- Repair and perform preventative maintenance on ¾ ton trucks, utility and equipment trailers, and landscaping equipment, such as commercial zero turn mowers, trimmers, shears, blowers, etc.
- Ensure all equipment meets company safety and operational standards.
- Light automotive electrical work and building simple equipment wiring harnesses.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts documentation.
- Provide shop maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep as needed.
- Set up/build out new truck, trailer, and mower company specific loadouts.
Job requirements:
- Basic knowledge of engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and diagnostics
- Ability to read manuals, schematics, and work orders preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and perform repairs in a timely manner
- Ability to meet established individual and team production standards
- Ability to use mechanic’s tools and equipment effectively and safely

- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a shop and outdoor environments with varying temperatures, noise, grease, tools, and heavy equipment

Expected Hours:
- Full-time Hourly
- 40 hours per week
- 8 -hour shifts, M-F (occasional weekends)

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
