The Team Lead Caregiver responsibilities include:

Working as a caregiver providing cares for our residents

Helping to foster a positive environment

Helping with scheduling on your shift

Helping complete 14-30-90-day work performance reviews

Assisting with new hire on-boarding and training
Team Lead Caregiver Qualifications:
-
Desire to help and care for others
-
Previous CNA and Long-Term Care experience
-
Previous supervisory experience
-
Currently a certified med passer
