We are seeking a few motivated and dynamic Sales/Marketing Assistants to join our team. National Construction company is seeking several motivated and competitive individuals for our sales team. This role is essential in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, focusing on lead generation, and enhancing our market presence. You will work directly with project managers in the construction field to generate leads in the community. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential clients and nurturing relationships through various channels.
- Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective selling strategies that enhance customer engagement.
- Prepare marketing materials to support sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using relevant software tools.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required.
- Proven ability in lead generation techniques and sales strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Good time management skill and self motivation is a must.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
