We are looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our busy kitchen. We are hiring for Pizza Maker, Salad Station, and Food Preparation positions. Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
Pizza Maker
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and stretch pizza dough by hand
- Make pizzas according to recipes and customer requests
- Maintain a clean and organized pizza station
- Monitor ingredient quality and stock levels
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services
Salad Station
Responsibilities:
- Prepare salads, appetizers, and cold menu items
- Portion ingredients consistently and accurately
- Keep the station clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with light prep and kitchen support as needed
Food Preparation
Responsibilities:
- Wash, peel, chop, and prepare vegetables and ingredients
- Portion meats, cheeses, sauces, and other products
- Prepare recipes according to restaurant standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary prep area
- Assist kitchen staff with additional prep tasks throughout the day
Qualifications
- Restaurant or pizzeria experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Weekend and evening availability is a plus
