What You’ll Do
- Provide powerful, evidence‑based, trauma‑informed therapy to individuals, families, and/or groups
- Create treatment plans that move clients forward with clarity and intention
- Maintain timely, high‑quality documentation
- Participate in weekly supervision that sharpens your skills and expands your confidence
- Engage in team consultation, collaboration, and ongoing learning

Hours & Flexibility
This is an hourly, non‑exempt position with the freedom to build a schedule that supports your life and your goals up to full time.
Qualifications
Required
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Illinois license or license‑eligible (LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Commitment to trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care
- Desire to grow, learn, and contribute
Preferred
- Experience with EMDR, DBT, ACT, CBT, or other evidence‑based modalities
- Experience with children, adolescents, or families
- Bilingual clinicians encouraged to apply
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience and licensure
- Additional compensation for specialized services
- Opportunities for advancement into senior or supervisory roles
- $45-50 per session for an experienced clinician
