Summary
We are seeking a Multi-unit Leader to oversee multiple locations of Shane's Rib Shack. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and ensuring that our restaurants deliver the highest quality of food and service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operations across multiple restaurant locations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Drive profitability through effective management of costs and revenue.
- Mentor and develop restaurant managers to achieve operational goals.
- Oversee staff training programs to maintain high service standards.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in management within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
- Experience managing profit & loss statements effectively.
- Prior supervisory experience in a multi-unit environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of business development strategies is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management principles is beneficial.
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
