Jeff Wyler Acura of Dayton is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Full-Time Lot Technician to join our dealership team. The Full-Time Lot Technician is responsible for maintaining dealership inventory, supporting sales and service operations, and ensuring all vehicles and dealership grounds reflect the premium standards of the Acura brand. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Organize and maintain all new, certified pre-owned, and used vehicle inventory.

Safely move, park, and stage vehicles throughout the dealership property.

Conduct daily lot walks to ensure inventory is properly displayed and presentation-ready.

Verify vehicle placement, pricing, and inventory accuracy.

Report any vehicle damage or maintenance concerns promptly.

Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, display, and test drives.

Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, charged, and ready for presentation.

Install license plates, window stickers, and dealership marketing materials as needed.

Assist with vehicle photography and online merchandising efforts.

Retrieve and deliver vehicles for customers, sales consultants, and service advisors.

Assist with customer vehicle deliveries and dealership events.

Support service operations by transporting vehicles throughout the facility.

Maintain showroom vehicle displays and presentation standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership environment.

Assist with lot maintenance, snow removal, and seasonal property upkeep.

Ensure all customer-facing areas reflect Jeff Wyler's commitment to excellence.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.

Previous dealership or automotive experience preferred but not required.
