- Execute expert repairs on plant equipment and facility systems with speed and professionalism.
- Diagnose faults, isolate root causes, and implement durable fixes.
- Align work to the plan by following guidance from the on-shift Maintenance Supervisor.
- Perform daily area walk-throughs to spot risks and address them early.
- Complete both run-time and down-time PMs to protect uptime.
- Capture time and tasks by closing work orders accurately.
- Jump in to resolve production process issues when needed.
- Keep tools, toolbox, and work areas clean and orderly.
- Communicate equipment status to supervisors, operators, and peers through clear verbal and written updates.
- Build a supportive, team-centered culture.
- Model safe work practices and adhere to LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, and Environmental policies.
- Respond quickly and professionally to both internal and external customers.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associate’s Degree in a maintenance or technical field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
