We're seeking experienced Class A drivers with at least 6 months on the road for a dedicated regional account. Please note: this is 100% touch freight, meaning you'll be responsible for unloading boxes onto a conveyor belt (store personnel will handle the rest).
What We Offer:
- Home Weekly (Weekends not guaranteed)
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,800–$1,900 (Approx. $93K–$99K/year) with top 20% drivers earning $105K
- Pay Structure: Combination of mileage pay (starting at $.79–$.82 CPM, with a max of $.90 CPM), stop pay ($55/stop), and trailer unload ($100/unload, 2-5 stops per trailer)

- Paid Training: $200/day for up to 1 week (includes ride-along)
Bonuses:
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus: Paid over 10 months ($250/month, first payment after 30 days)
Orientation & Training:
- Orientation in St. Louis followed by 3–5 days of training with a mentor on the account.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (No more than 9 jobs in the last 3 years)
- No Failed or Refused DOT Drug Tests (Including SAP program completion)
- No Terminations from your last driving job
o Max of 2 moving violations in the last 12 months (or 3 in the last 36 months)
o Max of 2 seat belt violations in the last 24 months
o No speeding violations over 11-14 mph above the limit in the last 12 months
o No pending violations
o No more than 2 Out of Service Violations in the last year
o No serious offenses in the last 3 years (e.g., leaving the scene of an accident, fatal accidents, etc.)
o No DOT Recordable Preventable Accidents in the last 12 months
o No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 12 months, and no more than 4 accidents (preventable or non-preventable) in the same period
o All DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last 3 years must have an accident report
- No Felonies in the last 5 years
