Mediway Care is a newly established 6-bed Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a small, home-like environment. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small-team environment.
- Minimum 3 years of recent nursing experience in one or more of the following settings:
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF)
- Hospice
- Post-Acute Care
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine individual needs.
- Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations.
- Manage complex medical procedures such as catheterizations, suturing, tube feeding, and ventilator management with precision and confidence.
- Document all patient interactions thoroughly using electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), maintaining compliance with medical documentation standards.
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with California Title 22 regulations and facility policies.
- Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and resident safety initiatives.
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
