Pay & Mileage
- Weekly earnings of $1,400 – $1,600
- Annual earnings of $72,800 – $88,400
- CPM rate: $0.54 – $0.64
- Weekly mileage: ~ 2,500+ miles
- Reliable weekly pay, every week
Home Time & Schedule
- Home time varies based on freight and route availability
- Many drivers home weekly; some every other week
- Home Daily for experienced drivers

Routes & Lane Coverage
- Regional Lanes only
- No West Coast routes — no forced dispatch outside your region
- Steady, year-round freight with predictable scheduling
Equipment
- Late-model Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths
- Automatic transmissions available on select units
- Dry van, refrigerated reefer, and intermodal freight options
- Assigned truck on regional and dedicated lanes — no slip-seating

Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
- Follow DOT and California state regulations and company safety standards
- Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL (recent grads encouraged!)
- 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Clear drug & alcohol clearinghouse
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
