Legacy Pool Repair specializes in underwater pool repairs, allowing customers to avoid draining and re-plastering their pools.
As we enter our busy summer season, we’re looking for an organized, professional office manager to help keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
- Schedule estimates and jobs
- Coordinate field crews and daily schedules
- Manage customer communications and follow-ups
- Keep our Jobber CRM organized and up to date
Requirements:
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and stay on top of priorities
- Professional communication skills
Position Details:
Full-Time
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Primarily remote/work from home
Starting Pay: 31 per hour
Weekly in-person meetings for training and planning Monday and Friday
Pay: $31.00 per hour
