Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tree Foreman to lead our tree service crews in the South Florida area. The Tree Foreman will oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, tree care knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly with both crew members and customers.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a crew in tree trimming, pruning, and removal operations

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry safety standards (ANSI Z133)

Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce use of

PPE and safe work practices

Coordinate equipment and personnel needs for each job site

Communicate effectively with clients and address any on-site concerns or changes

Perform climbing and aerial lift work as needed

Inspect and maintain tools, trucks, and equipment

Complete job paperwork, time sheets, and reports accurately

Train and mentor crew members
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in tree care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of pruning, rigging, and removal techniques

Ability to climb and operate aerial lift equipment

Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in South Florida’s heat and humidity
