As an
Administrative Assistant, with time, training, and experience, you will become an essential part of our office operations—supporting client relationships, coordinating financial planning processes, and helping ensure our client-centered services run smoothly behind the scenes.

Client Experience & Support
- Assist with client contact (in person, phone, and email)
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce and Outlook)
- Support preparation for client meetings, including gathering financial data and materials
- Follow up on pending business, service requests, and client communications
- Assist with office calendar, scheduling, and daily administrative workflow
- Maintain organized client files (digital and physical) and process new/closed accounts
- Be able to handle incoming/outgoing mail and office coordination tasks
- Support team members with administrative projects and operational needs
This is a full-time, on -site, salaried role in Beloit, WI. Salary $40-60k, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k and holiday/vacation time.
