Total Concord Cleaning (TCC) is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an experienced commercial/janitorial cleaner to clean a medical office in Tampa, Florida.
We're looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and understands the level of detail and consistency required when cleaning a professional medical environment.
As TCC continues to add new customers and facilities, we're looking for great people who want to grow with our company and become a dependable part of our team. You must be able to start your shift at 5 PM daily, Monday through Friday.
About the Position:
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of an assigned medical office in Tampa according to TCC standards and the facility's specific scope of work.
Cleaning responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning and disinfecting exam rooms and other designated clinical areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Cleaning waiting rooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas
- Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Dusting and wiping designated surfaces
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Follow proper procedures for the use, handling, storage, and application of cleaning chemicals
- Have a working knowledge of workplace safety practices within commercial facilities
- Follow established safety procedures and immediately report safety concerns when necessary
- Wear the required TCC uniform while working at customer facilities
- Be willing to work at different customer locations throughout Polk County when coverage is needed
Experience Required:
A minimum of 3 years of professional commercial janitorial/cleaning experience is required.
Experience cleaning medical offices, healthcare facilities, or similar professional environments is strongly preferred.
