Oro Valley, Arizona | Part-Time to Full-Time (24–30 Hours/Week)

The practice I am working with is a provider-owned medical aesthetics practice in Oro Valley, Arizona, dedicated to helping patients restore, enhance, and maintain a youthful appearance through personalized treatment plans and exceptional care. Their philosophy centers around natural-looking outcomes, patient education, and a collaborative approach to aesthetic medicine.
The practice offers a comprehensive, multi-modality approach to aesthetics and wellness, including:
- Neurotoxins
- Dermal Fillers
- Sculptra
- Laser Skin Rejuvenation
- Microneedling
- Medical-Grade Skincare
- Hormone Optimization
- Customized Weight Loss Programs
They are seeking a skilled, motivated Aesthetic Injector (RN or NP) who is eager to grow alongside the practice and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and full-face assessments
- Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and anatomy
- Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and Sculptra
- Educate patients on treatment options and ongoing maintenance plans
- Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver outstanding outcomes
- Build strong patient relationships and promote long-term retention
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all safety protocols
- Contribute positively to a supportive, growth-oriented team culture
What They're Looking For
- Active RN or NP license in Arizona
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
- Experience performing neurotoxin, dermal filler, and Sculptra treatments
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and full-face rejuvenation
- Comfortable conducting consultations independently
- Confident communicator with excellent patient rapport
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to continue learning and growing
