MUST HAVE A STAFFING BACKGROUND
Looking for a hungry sales person with staffing experience to help grow and develop our branch here in Ontario.
Duties
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and improve customer engagement.
- Assist in the development of new business opportunities through various outreach methods.
- Track leads, managing customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Negotiate terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
Requirements
- Previously has worked in Staffing.
- Strong communication skills in English & Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with collaboration sales techniques and business development strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team - oriented environment while also being self - motivated.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced sales environment.
- Has a broad knowledge of workers compensation.
- Has a book of business is a plus ( roll overs )
