```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about our offerings
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the Aloha POS system or similar software
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Process guest payments using cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation management software is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
