Duties
- Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to promote our services and gather community feedback.
- Engage potential customers through telemarketing, providing information about our offerings and answering inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective fundraising strategies and campaigns.
- Supervise and train new team members in marketing techniques and customer engagement practices.
- Utilize strong customer service skills to build relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Participate in community events as an electioneer to promote our brand presence.
- Collect data on market trends and customer preferences to inform future marketing strategies.
Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or fundraising is highly desirable.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse audiences.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to market products or services creatively and effectively.
