- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Occupational Health & Safety or a related field preferred.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Current knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
- OSHA certification or CSP designation preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated diplomacy, tact, and sound judgment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
What You Can Expect
- You will work in a mixed office and manufacturing environment. The office is typically quiet and professional, while the production floor may involve periodic noise and active equipment.
- Safety glasses and other PPE are required in designated areas, with requirements varying by location.
