Production Associate II – Wiring
Pay Range: $22–$27 per hour
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate II – Wiring to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in wiring industrial control panels who take pride in producing clean, high-quality work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform point-to-point wiring of industrial control panels
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Install and wire components including terminal blocks, relays, PLCs, and power supplies
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional wiring layouts
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic wiring issues
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and production deadlines
- Support overall production goals while maintaining safety and efficiency
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience wiring industrial control panels
- Strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics
- Proficiency with standard wiring tools and equipment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
