Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Administration
Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux servers while ensuring maximum uptime, security, and performance.
Cloud & Virtualization
Support Microsoft Azure or AWS environments, administer VMware or Hyper-V infrastructure, and assist with cloud adoption and virtualization initiatives.
Identity & Access Management
Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Group Policy, user accounts, permissions, and authentication services.
Security & Reliability
Implement security best practices, perform patch management, monitor system health, maintain backup solutions, and support disaster recovery planning.
Technical Support & Optimization
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, optimize system performance, document technical procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT services.
What We Are Looking ForExperience
3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar enterprise IT role.
Technical Skills
Strong experience administering Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Problem Solving
You enjoy diagnosing complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing long-term solutions that improve system stability.
Communication
You can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while working effectively within a collaborative team.
Mindset
You take ownership of your work, stay organized under changing priorities, continuously seek opportunities to improve existing systems, and proactively prevent issues before they impact users.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
