TriSource is seeking a self-motivated Therapist to work a temporary part time assignment. This role is ideal for a Clinician who enjoys working independently and desires a flexible schedule. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, taking ownership of the clinical journey for a diverse caseload of at least 5+ clients.
Contractor Therapist (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC)
Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temp assignment
Hours: 20–32 hours per week (Cap at 32 hours)
Location: Maryland (Clinical locations vary based on client needs)
Schedule & Flexibility

Requirements
- Masters Degree: Required in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Maryland Licensure: Must hold a current, unrestricted LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC.
- Clinical Expertise: Strong knowledge of evidence-based modalities and the ability to provide culturally responsive care.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Conduct therapy sessions at the frequency identified in the treatment plan (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Provide clinical rationale if sessions exceed twice a week.
- Family Engagement: Conduct monthly family sessions for adults and bi-monthly for children/adolescents as clinically appropriate.
- Caseload Management: Maintain 75% client engagement; manage discharges for inactivity (30 days) and send required 2-week TSL notices after two consecutive missed appointments.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Enter Progress Notes within 3 business days of the session.
- Complete ITPs and Transition Summaries by the 3rd billed session.
- Update Treatment Plans every April and October; complete reassessments every 6 months.
- Administrative: Submit weekly billing summaries every Thursday by 12:00 PM and monthly invoices by the 3rd of each month.
