BGM Custom Wear offers embroidery, screen-printing and engraving all specialized around customer preferences, we are looking for a Full-Time Production / Quality Assist. This position will help assist each department by checking in garments, organizing orders, preparing shipments or deliveries, etc.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations between screen printing and embroidery departments
- Checking in orders and ensuring all items accounted for
- Sorting orders by colors/sizes/counts
- Assist with deliveries if needed
- Maintain a high level of customer service while interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Help with inventory management and supply ordering when necessary.
- Prepare any orders for pickup or delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout the day.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
