Compensation & Perks

- Commission: (40% P/L On Call After Hours)

What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy trucks and trailers
- Work on a variety of systems including brakes, suspension, electrical, air systems, and running gear
- Conduct DOT inspections and ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
- Running Service Truck for on scene repairs.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and parts records
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Take ownership of your work and eliminate comebacks
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of heavy truck and/or trailer repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across diesel systems
- Experience with air brakes, landing gear, kingpins, tandems, and trailer electrical a plus
- Must have your own tools that reflect your level of experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license (2 or fewer points, no major violations)
- CDL preferred but not required
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screening (no marijuana permitted)
The Role This is a skilled, hands-on technician position within our shop.
You'll work as a key contributor on the floor — performing quality repairs, supporting the team, and helping ensure every truck and trailer that leaves our shop is road-ready and safe.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, works with a sense of urgency, and holds themselves to a high standard every day.
