Job Title: Production Line Worker – Night Shift
Starting Pay:
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Line Worker. This position offers a structured training period on the day shift, followed by a transition to the night shift upon successful completion of training and qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products for quality assurance in accordance with company standards
- Pack finished products into designated packaging materials
- Accurately record inspection and packing data
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Training & Shift Details:
- All new hires will begin on the Night Shift at a starting pay of $20.91/hour
- Typical training period: approximately 30 working days (may vary depending on individual performance and progress)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work night shifts after completing training
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-hire background check and physical
Schedule:
- Initial schedule: Night shift (7PM-7PM)
- Post-training schedule: Night shift
