Job Title: Deli Cashier
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Cashier to join our deli team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, accurately handles transactions, and helps maintain a clean and organized front of house. Previous cashier or food service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Accurately process cash and card transactions.
- Answer customer questions about menu items and daily specials.
- organize and bag takeout orders and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and dining area.
- Restock beverages, condiments, and other front-of-house supplies.
- Assist with light cleaning and closing duties.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work as part of a team to provide fast and friendly service.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier, retail, or restaurant experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule
- Looking for someone to start Beginning-Mid August
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Open Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-3:00PM and Friday and Saturday 6:30AM-4:30PM
- Shift times at 6:15-2:00, 7:30-3:30 or 8:30-3:30
